I choose Eurocash Group because … they offer inexpensive abc brand franchise, a wide assortment of products and low prices. What is also important is the number of cash&carries and their location - nearby my shop.
I win with my competitors because … the foundation of trade is the price - you need to be competitive at all times, and to look for solutions that will attract customers. Now in the times of supermarkets and smaller format chain stores you cannot afford to have high margins on the goods you sell.

I have been in business since … I was a child.
I choose Eurocash Group because … in my opinion they are the best FMCG distributor in the country (with respect to order realization and proper assortment choice). At the same time they are the best operator of commercial chains, they offer numerous training options (Akademia Umiejętności), the Mystery Shopper program and constant care about the stores and their development.
I win with my competitors because … to a large extent I owe it to Eurocash and the Delikatesy Centrum chain -  the care they put into stores development and maintaining competitive prices. The other half of success is up to us - if we use properly what the franchisor offers, combining it with our experience, hard work and constant development to satisfy the customer.
My creed in business is … similar to that of Delikatesy Centrum chain. Their creed is  „Franchisee is top priority”, and mine is – „The Customer is the most important” or rather - „The Customer comes first”.
What motivates me more than anything else is … winning customers and their satisfaction.
What I am most proud of is  … my wife and kids.
My recipe for success is … always be better and offer something more than the competitors.
The most important thing when working with customers is … to satisfy them better than the competitors do and make them want to return to us for the rest of their lives.

I choose Eurocash Group because … What shall I say, not to end up lying? There is a number of reasons, the most important one being that they „they improve the particular elements of Wholesale Distribution and Partnership Franchise in a systematic and fast manner, which is not to say that they have reached perfection yet„
I win with my competitors because … I listen and observe our Franchisor, and then I copy their model of operation. That was partly joking, but seriously this statement is an essencial element, right after investing in communication with customers and meeting their needs.
My creed in business is … Take care of other people's interests - your Customers, Personnel, Suppliers, Franchisor, and then they will also take care of yours.
What motivates me more than anything else is … pursuit of security and stability .
What I am most proud of is … that I have so many excellent and unique Employees, whose commitment makes our Company succeed. 
My recipe for success is … always choose the smallest spoon available, and you will never go hungry.
The most important thing when working with customers is … to fulfill the higher needs of each Customer as a Person.

I have been in business since … 1997. Having completed business education I began to work as a sales representative in the most dynamically growing trading business at the time, i.e. in CARMENT. My first shop, with the sales area of  130 m2, was opened in Ciężkowice in 2001.
